Matheus Celestino

Attorney exclusively dedicated to APSV’s Pro Bono practice, working in the coordination and execution of legal projects focused on the promotion of rights, social inclusion, and the strengthening of civil society organizations. Responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, partnership agreements, and governance instruments; assisting in the legal structuring of third sector entities; conducting risk and compliance assessments; and overseeing administrative proceedings related to institutional regularization.

Member of APSV Impact, with active participation in initiatives aligned with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those related to reducing inequalities and expanding access to justice. Also collaborates with Div3rsa, supporting internal and external actions focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, reinforcing the firm’s role in social impact and ESG-driven projects.
