He has extensive experience in advising companies and employers, particularly in highly complex legal and administrative cases, union negotiations, strike situations, issuing opinions in the area of ​​labor relations, legal structuring of remuneration and benefits policies, in addition to the strategic hiring of executives, directors and managers. He also works on implementing labor compliance programs, as well as programs to prevent moral and sexual harassment in the workplace.
